1. Advance Payment
A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
2. Cancellation & Date Change Policy
• The advance amount is non-refundable for last-minute cancellations.
• Customers must inform at least 2 days in advance for cancellations or date changes.
3. Balloon Policy
Bursting balloons inside the venue is strictly prohibited. A fine of ₹200 will be charged if violated.
4. Party Poppers
Use of party poppers is strictly not allowed. A fine of ₹500 will be imposed if used.
5. Damage Policy
Any damage to property or décor — including furniture and seating — will result in a penalty charge, as assessed by management.
6. Restricted Items & Activities
Pets, smoking, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited.
7. Age Restriction
